The Social Science exam was conducted on 15-03-2023. The paper consisted of four sections - History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics.
The marking scheme for the Social Science exam was straightforward, with each section carrying 20 marks.

Gayatri Sharma, TGT History at DPS Indirapuram, stated that paper had a moderate level of difficulty and was fairly balanced. Although most of the questions were straightforward, some one-mark questions were slightly challenging.
Himakhi Gohain, PGT-Political Science, Modern English School, Kahilipara, Guwahati said The nature of the question paper was quite moderate and the exam’s pattern and difficulty level were matching with the sample paper provided by CBSE.
"Though it was an easy paper but lengthy too. I know each and every question asked in the paper, but time was not sufficient to solve it. I hardly manage to finish it on time" said Parteeksha of Govt School, Sonia Vihar, Delhi
In conclusion, the Social Science exam for Class 10 had a moderate difficulty level, with History being the most challenging section.
