The CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) is a national-level exam conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in India.
The CTET exam consists of two papers: Paper 1 is for candidates who wish to teach classes 1 to 5, while Paper 2 is for candidates who wish to teach classes 6 to 8.
The exam includes multiple-choice questions on topics such as language comprehension, mathematics, environmental studies, and pedagogy.
CTET certificate is valid for 7 years from the date of declaration of its result for all categories.
The CTET result consists of the candidate's overall score as well as the score in each section of the exam. Candidates must score at least 60% marks.
