According to NMC, the NEET 2024 curriculum has undergone a reduction, going from 97 chapters down to 79.
The NMC NEET made changes in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology by removing, adding, and altering some topics.
No whole chapters are taken out of the 2024 NEET Biology syllabus. They just removed certain topics.
