CAT is a very tough exam in India, so it's crucial to plan your preparation based on the subjects in the CAT 2023 syllabus.
As per last year’s CAT exam topic-wise weightage, around 65% of the Quantitative section was about Quant, Arithmetic, and Algebra.
The CAT 2023 test will have different topics for each section for Quantitative Aptitude (QA), Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), and DILR here.
In the CAT VARC section, you should focus on Reading Comprehension, Para Jumbles, Para Summary, Sentence Completion and Correction, Sentence Elimination, Fill in the Blanks, Word Usage, and vocabulary.
For CAT Quantitative Ability, study Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Mensuration, Number System, Modern Math, Probability, and Permutation and Combination.
In the CAT 2023 DILR section, you need to prepare for Bar Graphs, Pie Charts, Tables, Line Charts, Caselets, Blood Relations, Seating Arrangements, Puzzles, Venn Diagrams, and Clocks.
