A student shall be eligible for the award of the B.A.L.L.B/LL.B Degree after he she has successfully completed all the specified courses in all the Semesters and handed his or her character and conduct are set up to be satisfactory during the course. No student shall be permitted to appear for the end- of- Semester examination in a given course unless he she has, to the satisfaction of the course schoolteacher, fulfilled the course conditions and has put in not lower than 75 attendance in the course concerned.
Any seeker who's a graduate or post graduate of any honored university or enjoying similar academic qualifications which are considered to be original to graduate or post graduate degree of the honored University/ by the Bar council of India shall be eligible for admission.
A seeker who fulfills the below qualification should have scored at least 45 percent for Gen/ OBC & 40 in case of SC ST in total of the qualifying examination. The chance of the marks is to be calculated on the base of the marks attained in all the three times of the degree courses Master Degree whichever is profitable to the scholars.
