Overview
Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai conducts TISS National Entrance Test (TISSNET). It is a national level entrance exam conducted for admission to MA programs in the School of Management and Labor Studies. The MA programs offered at TISS campuses are at par with the management programs offered by top MBA colleges in India. TISS will announce the exam dates for TISSNET 2022 tentatively in November 2021. TISSNET 2022 exam is expected to be held in February 2022. The entrance exam is held in online mode and the exam paper comprises questions from English Proficiency, Mathematical Skills & Logical Reasoning, and General Awareness.

How to Fill TISSNET 2022 Application Form?
Step 1: Visit the Website (Register/Signup)
Step 2: Fill the General Information (Enter the personal details:- Name, Date of Birth, Examination Category, Gender, Father's name, Mother's name, Address and Religion) and press the 'Register' button.

Ques. Will Group Discussions be conducted for the selection of all the programs?
No, GD is a part of PIT(Pre-Interview Test). However, this year PIT is not conducted because of covid-19.
Ques. Will the TISSNET score is added for the final selection?
Yes, 30% weightage of TISSNET score will be considered in final selection.
Ques. When will the TISSNET 2022 application process begin?
It will start tentatively in the first week of December 2021.
Ques. How many times can one appear for the TISSNET exam?
There is no capping on the number of attempts. Candidate will appear as many times as they wishes.
Ques. What’s the minimum qualifying cut off for the TISSNET exam?
Minimum qualifying cut off is 45% for others and 35% for SC/ST.
Ques. Will I be provided with the travel allowance for TISSNET?
Only for SC/ ST category and less than 2.5 lakh annual family income will be provided a travel allowance.
