What is CAT Exam?
CAT (Common Admission Test) is an entrance exam at the national level for admission to MBA programs at 20 IIMs & around 1200 B-School in India. The CAT is a computer-based test that is designed to assess participant's aptitude skills in the sections of Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR), Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (VARC), and Quantitative Ability (QA). CAT Exam is conducted every year by IIMs on the policy of rotation. Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kozhikode conducted this exam last year.

How to Fill CAT 2023 Application Form?
Step 1: Visit the Website (Register/Signup)
On the website, www.iimcat.ac.in, click the ‘Register’ button under New Candidate Registration header to create your user profile. The Registration form window will open in your browser.
Step 2: Fill the General Information
Enter the personal details:- Name, Date of Birth, Email Address, Mobile Number(with OTP verification), Category
Step 3: Login to CAT Website & Fill the Personal Information
Using the system generated User ID and Password that you have received at the completion of Step 1 & 2 above, you can login as a “Registered Candidate” on the website and fill the Application Form for CAT 2022.

In this Section, Candidate can fill the following details:
- Enter Candidate's Surname or First Name, Father’s/Guardian’s Name, Mother’s Name/Guardian’s Name and Spouse’s Name as applicable
- Select the Category under which you are applying (General, OBC, SC, ST and Pwd).
- Select your Nationality.
- Enter Communication Address
- Enter Emergency Contact Details
- Upload Scanned Images (Photograph, Signature, Category (EWS/NC-OBC/SC/ST) Certificate)

In this section, you must enter your educational qualification details.
