School of Law and Legal Affairs, Noida International University (SLLA-NIU, Greater Noida) was formed in 2010 as a constituent institution of Noida International University by Maruti Educational Trust. The Institution Grants Commission (UGC) has recognised the university, which has 11 schools in Engineering, Architecture, Journalism and Mass Communication, Research Studies, Law Studies, Liberal Arts, Education, Nursing and Health Sciences, Business Management, Sciences, and Fine Arts. The Bar Council of India (BCI) and the University Grants Commission (UGC) have both authorised SLLA. Admission to BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB is based on the results of the NIU Scholarship cum Admission Test (NSAT) or the NIU GD and PI.
Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate is required to apply for the integrated programmes.
Candidates with a qualifying CLAT or LSAT score can apply directly to the integrated programmes.
Admission to the LLB and LLM programmes is based on the results of an entrance exam administered by NIU.
Candidates with a qualifying CLAT or LSAT score can apply straight for LLB or LLM programmes.
