JEE Main is the basis for NIU's BTech and BTech dual degree admission. But BTech lateral entry admission is determined by the results of the prior qualifying test, then there is a counselling process.
Candidates who wish to apply for LLB admission must have a current LSAT or CLAT score.
NIU awards admission to all other UG programmes based on a candidate's Class 12 average, followed by a university-level GD/PI round.
Based on a candidate's GATE achievement, MTech admission is given, and then there is counselling.
