Established in 2012, AIIMS Jodhpur is one of the six AIIMS centers established under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. Established by an Act of Parliament, a public university for medical research and a medical college that provides medical education, nursing and emergency training for students. AIIMS Jodhpur offers a range of courses at UG, PG and PhD levels. Approved by MCI, AIIMS Jodhpur is ranked 28th under the NIRF Medical category by 2021.
