Baikunthi Devi Kanya Mahavidyalaya-[BDKM], Agra

Baikunthi Devi Kanya Mahavidyalaya, settled in 1967 with the aphorism of" Tamaso ma Jyotirgamaya". It is feeding meaningfully to be educational requirements of the women of Agra region.It is approved by NAAC.

Started with only 33 scholars the council. It is now a full-fledged women's council with about 3500 Regular scholars and 1000 scholars in tone- backing courses on its roll and seven faculties of trades, Science, Fine Arts, Education, Commerce, B.BA, M.A. ( Home Science, Economics).

Besides U.G. Classes there are four P.G. Departments in the faculty of trades, two in the faculty of Fine trade’s and B.Ed. and M.Ed., in the faculty of Education. About 65 scholars are enrolled for PhD. Degree. The council has been a philanthropist of State Merit Grant for 15 times in durability. The special achievement of the council has been to take full advantage of U.G.C. Subventions in aid and full donation of managing commission.
