Admission 2023
Dr. Mahalingham Institute of Technology [MCET], Porachi Admission Certificate, open from March to July every year. Candidates who pass grade 12 from Tamil Nadu are eligible for TNEA. Admission to the B.Tech / BE course is provided by the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) and is managed by Anna University. Application forms can be completed in both online and offline modes for cash or DD payment of application fees. Only applicants from Tamil Nadu are eligible for admission. However, children of a central government employee who is not a resident of Tamil Nadu must provide a valid certificate from their parents who have been working for at least 5 years at the time of application. To ensure admission to the M.E. program, students must qualify for TANCET and then receive central counseling. The MCA program requires a three-year computer application degree. Consultations take place in the last week of April or the first week of May. The examination fee is 5300 Indian Rupees (SC / ST is 1150 Indian Rupees).
