Pratap Vahini Samaj Kalyan Sansthan, Gwalior, was established in 1995 following proper registration with the Registrar, Firms & Society, M.P. Govt. Lt. Shri Ram Singh Dhakre and his friends founded the organisation & approved by UGC. The society established the region's first engineering college in 1996 under the name of great Indian legendry Maharana Pratap College of Technology, which is now the parent organisation of the group society under the leadership of Lt. Shri Ram Singh Dhakre. In 2003, the society completed its second venture by establishing the region's first dental college, which has now set a new dimension in the field of medical education. Following this, in the late 1920s, the society developed and created a nursing college, an allied science college, and a management institute.
