The Motibai Rajaram Mahavidyalaya [MRM], Jhansi is recognised to be private un-aided university, with an objective of promoting quality education in the rural and neglected areas of UP. This college was established in the year 2010, affiliated to the Bundelkhand University, Jhansi and is approved by the AICTE. The college provides various UG & PG degrees in different courses like BA, B. Sc, B. Com, MA etc. This college is built exclusively for girls and is dedicated to promote and encourage female education.
The college is built on a 4 acres land, which is located at a distance of 89 km from the Jhansi, Airport and 87 km from the Jhansi Railway Station. The distances are not quite feasible for students who are entitled to travelling, especially the students outside of Jhansi.
The college facilitates some basic amenities like library, canteen, computer labs and hostel for girls with a 24 hours security along with a bus facility.
