Rustamji Institute of Technology (RJIT) is the first engineering college in India established by paramilitary forces. It is approved by AICTE. Established in 1999, the institute is located in the premises of BSF Academy, Tekanpur. RJIT offers various undergraduate and postgraduate programs in both full-time and part-time mode affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV), Bhopal.
B.Tech degree in relevant stream along M.Tech program is required. Final selection will be made on the basis of performance in GATE valid GATE score followed by written test and interview. Final seats are allotted based on admission and academic merit prepared by RJIT authority. Relaxation of INR 200 is provided by BSF Widows Department.

For M Tech Course, B Tech course is required along with a valid GATE score card. The merit list is prepared on the basis of GATE score and remaining admissions are done on the basis of merit list followed by written test & Interview conducted at RJIT.
