In 2008, the SOIL Soil School of Business Design (SOBD) Manesar was founded. The All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE) in New Delhi has authorised the institute. Soil School of Business Design (SOBD) Manesar is a Gurgaon-based subsidiary of SOIL. A postgraduate programme in Business Design is available at the institute. SOIL School of business design has a unique vision and aim. There is a movement in the business niche as they have introduced business design in their program, enabling students to tackle real-life business challenges effectively.
The institute is a private organization and has an entrance exam (STAT) for admissions. The entire course curriculum is designed to instill a student with innovative and critical skills. The institute features a specialised building for visual arts, audio and video rooms, a hostel with CCTV and a three-level security system, and multiple purpose halls with a 150-student capacity. These halls are utilised for a variety of college events such as lectures, cultural events, and so on.
