The CBSE Class 10 exams is on, and students are seeking for the secrets hidden behind the papers in which they did. Well, if you have gone through a similar topic, then you know how it usually works – figuring out a question pattern, difficulty levels, and topics dealt by the teacher. undefined
Social Science (March 7th): Students Said what they wanted was a moderate reading exercise. Almost all questions were from NCERT, and they were well balanced, closely following the questions from the previous year’s papers and the current sample paper. The map section may be the easiest part and the case-based questions had a moderate level of difficulty for me. Immeadiately after writing this paper, I’ve noticed that it took me less time to do it and it was not so challenging as it was last year’s paper.
Science (March 2nd): Like the ‘Social Science’ discipline, ‘Science’ was easier to moderate in difficulty as well. Students were given a sense of ease by the fact that there were no out of topic questions to answer. It was found that around 70% of the class IX book was entirely similar to the NCERT book. The conceptual MCQs checked my understanding to some extent, but were not easy. Practical/Case based also remained in the middle level. Whereas the students’ experience during the previous years was quite different from this academic year, the majority of them felt this year’s paper was less demanding.
